Withdrawal requirements
Withdrawals require a valid FaucetPay email, available balance, active withdrawal mode, minimum threshold compliance, and successful security review. Rewards that are pending, held, reversed, or under review are not withdrawable until approved.
Processing
Withdrawal requests may be processed automatically or manually depending on admin settings, payout provider availability, site balance, fraud checks, and queue volume. Processing times can vary. A request is considered complete only when the payout provider confirms the payment.
Holds, declines, and cancellations
A withdrawal may be held, declined, returned, cancelled, or adjusted when there is suspected abuse, invalid rewards, duplicate accounts, provider errors, technical issues, insufficient site balance, payout failure, incorrect FaucetPay email, or violation of website rules.
Fees and limits
Minimum withdrawal amount, payout currency, display mode, provider availability, and other limits are controlled by admin settings and may change when necessary. Provider or network fees may affect the final received amount.
Corrections
If an earning source, achievement, referral, leaderboard, coupon, offerwall, advertiser view, or postback is later found invalid, the related balance or withdrawal may be corrected even after a request was submitted.
